On Thursday morning, January 25, six Rotarians attended our Neighbors Eat Out Fellowship event at the Chili Family Diner. Community members were invited to join us to see old and new neighbors while supporting a southwest Rochester business.

Since this was a fellowship event, there was no agenda, so we talked about a variety of things, including planning a Rotary Club outing to Cartwright’s Maple Tree Inn in the coming weeks. One of our members will be visiting Puerto Rico soon, so another member shared recommendations on visiting Rotary Clubs while there. Our Assistant District Governor, Pat Stack, briefly discussed the upcoming District Training Assembly (April 13) and the District Conference in Saratoga Springs (April 26-28). There was a lot of excitement about planning a Rotary 101 event in March where members, especially new ones, can have all of their questions about Rotary (from mentoring to grants to event planning) answered.
